Digital Coordinator


The Digital Coordinator at Mode supports the day-to-day execution of digital marketing plans for media and website strategy, alongside the Digital Account Supervisor and UX Strategist. The Digital Coordinator works with our account leadership, digital, and media teams to track media performance, collate creative assets, QA and support website strategy, and streamline general digital processes.


About the role

  • The Digital Coordinator will be a contract-to-hire role, with evaluation for full-time support at 3-6 months.

  • Assist Digital Account Supervisor in day-to-day operations, including ongoing report requirements, asset creation and quality checks, campaign monitoring, and streamlining overall processes.

  • Collaborate with media partners to ensure campaigns meet expectations and execute adjustments where recommended.

  • Support UX Strategist in research and QA for ongoing web projects, SEO recommendations, digital experience research, and CMS documentation and training for onboarding.

  • Work with Project Lead to provide direction and feedback on creative assets for upcoming media campaigns.

  • Collaborate with the creative team on creation of copy for ad-specific content, where possible.

  • Partner with Social Content Coordinator for delivery of weekly trends reports on all things social.

  • Passion for digital media and UX strategy with understanding of analytics and data visualization.

About you

  • Bachelors (Marketing, Advertising, Media Preferred) or 2-3 years relevant work experience

  • Knowledgeable about data analysis, visualization, and insight development (bonus for additional certifications in data science, analysis and visualization, paid media, and business analytics)

  • Experience with export/import for website content and specs

  • Quick learner, proactive, solutions-oriented, and adaptable

  • Outstanding communicator and connector

  • Genuine interest in relationship building and collaboration

  • Possess a deep understanding and genuine interest in the food industry

  • Working knowledge of digital performance measurement platforms:

    • Google Analytics

    • Google Ads Manager

    • Google Data Studio

    • Facebook / Instagram (Insights and Ads Reporting)

    • Pinterest (Analytics and Ads Reporting)

  • +++ for experience with Figma, InVision, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Suite
