We’re looking for a highly motivated Summer Intern to support our Account and Production teams. This role is ideal for someone curious about agency life, eager to learn, and most importantly, ready to jump into a wide range of tasks to help keep projects moving forward.
You’ll gain hands-on experience across brands, industries, and disciplines, working alongside senior team members in strategy, account, and production.
Support the Social Strategist with day-to-day social media management
Monitoring brand accounts and engaging with communities
Scheduling and publishing content
Conducting competitor audits and trend research
Pulling and organizing performance data
Assist Account and Production teams with ongoing needs
Preparing materials for client meetings and internal reviews
Helping track project timelines and deliverables
Supporting with content organization and file management
Tackling additional needs as they arise to keep projects running smoothly
Exposure to a variety of brands and industries
Insight into how an agency operates, especially across strategy and project management
Real, hands-on experience contributing to client work
Direct mentorship and collaboration with a cross-functional team
A fast learner who can quickly pick up new tools and processes
Proactive—you don’t wait to be asked, you look for ways to help
Adaptable and comfortable with shifting priorities
Detail-oriented and organized
Curious about branding, marketing, and social media
A strong communicator with a positive, team-first attitude
Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools
Experience with Google Suite, Excel, or project management tools
Interest in shooting and editing engaging, short-form video
