Bringing Smart Homes to Life

When Lowe’s entered the smart home market with Iris, results were mixed. Research showed consumer interest in the technology was high, however many people didn’t understand how it worked. Our goal was to demonstrate the incredible possibilities of Iris by simplifying its seemingly infinite use cases into bite-sized stories.

A Friendly Introduction

We created a personable feel for the integrated brand experience, intriguing consumers who may have initially been intimidated by the smart home category. The packaging form factor was standardized for cohesive merchandising, is eye-catching and enticing, inviting consumers to pick it up and play with it in-store. The website builds on the brand’s approachable nature, serving recipe-like combinations of smart home functions and connecting directly into Lowe’s e-commerce systems while streamlining the online shopping experience.
